Marlena started with the Everyday Hands in September 2025, inspired by her love of people and her desire to serve her community in a more personal and meaningful way. Drawing on her experience caring for family and friends, she brings compassion and understanding to everything she does.

She finds fulfillment in detail-oriented and organizational projects, as well as opportunities to speak and connect with others. Marlena takes pride in gaining the confidence and respect of those around her by working collaboratively toward common goals.

Driven by her purpose of helping people and the planet, Marlena is motivated by the challenge of growing stronger and more skilled each day. Connection with loved ones and pride in her craft keep her showing up at her best.

Outside of work, Marlena enjoys relaxing with a good book and her puppies, connecting with friends and family, going on walks, and weightlifting.
