Laura Mitrano, Personal Assistant

Laura joined the Everyday Hands team in January 2026. She holds a BA in Communications and brings a background in customer service along with volunteer experience supporting children and adults with special needs. Laura especially enjoys organizing, teaching, and helping clients feel more comfortable and confident in their daily routines.

Her interest in this work grew from helping her own mother as she began needing extra support with medications, errands, and everyday responsibilities. Through that experience, Laura saw firsthand how meaningful reliable support can be and was inspired to help others in similar situations.

Laura finds the most fulfillment in knowing she’s made someone’s day a little easier. Whether she’s organizing a space or helping a client stay on top of their routines, she takes pride in creating a sense of calm and comfort for the people she supports.

In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, teaching fitness classes, traveling, and caring for her two sweet dogs.
