Aislinn Gaffney, Business Systems & Strategy Manager

Aislinn has been with the Everyday Hands team since September 2025. She brings expertise in business operations, systems management, and process improvement, with experience supporting teams in both corporate and professional services settings. She leads cross-functional initiatives, implements systems that enhance efficiency, and drives strategic improvements to support scalable growth and smooth day-to-day operations.

With graduate and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology, Aislinn combines analytical skills with a people-centered approach. She enjoys contributing to work that makes a positive impact on people and the community. 

Aislinn is a Rochester native and loves hiking with her family and two dogs, baking, and reading.
