Aislinn Gaffney, Technical Operations Administrator

Aislinn has been with the Everyday Hands team since September 2025. She has a strong background in administration, data management, and process improvement, with experience supporting teams in both corporate and professional services settings. She excels at creating systems that increase efficiency, improve organization, and support smooth day-to-day operations.

With graduate and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology, Aislinn combines analytical skills with a people-centered approach. She enjoys contributing to work that makes a positive impact on people and the community. 

Aislinn is a Rochester native and loves hiking with her family and two dogs, baking, and reading.
